High-Light Bozar
2004
wood, mdf, mirror, paint
Exhibited at: Palais de Beaux Arts (BOZAR), Brussels, Belgium
Curated by: NICC, Ann Judong, Margo Verheusden

The exhibition combines my first periscope sculpture, designed in collaboration with Onco Tattje, with an architectural intervention interacting with the architecture of BOZAR’s building. One-centimeter mirrored lines streak up the length of the towering Greco Roman pillars, and surrounding walls and steps. A kilometer of mirrored lines generate a dynamic and disorienting drawing, superimposed on the monumental space.
